Cold Calling Techniques That
Work – Without Fuss, Without Muss!!!
Roxann Gardner, our presenter for this event,
is President of Interactive Sales Coaching, LLC. She
launched her company
in September of 2001. ISC instructs clients how to prospect
in a non-threatening way, both in person and on the phone.
Clients learn how to construct their own marketing flyer,
and develop phone scripts for prospecting. The training revolves
around attitude, preparation, action, and follow-up. Roxann
is an Adjunct Professor at Anne Arundel Community College
and serves on their Small Business Advisory Board.
