Robyn Fitzgerald, the executive director of ICON Community Services, Inc, helps local businesses recruit, hire, train and supervise employees with disabilities. Currently, she is actively an appointed member of the Alexandria Commission on Employment, the Work Force Investment Board, and a member of the Society of Human Resource Managers and the Virginia Employment Commission Employer Advisory Committee.
